Your name and phone number are required to complete registration and receive your welcome coupon. We use your phone for account and order contact. Birthday gifts and member offers have a separate opt-in from special-day reminders. Change either choice in Profile. Offers and occasion reminders follow your selected preferences once the service is enabled. Your ฿500 welcome coupon does not depend on opting in.

Our team may send shipping updates for orders linked to your account through LINE, including your order reference, carrier and tracking number. These order-service messages are separate from marketing preferences. Message content and submission status are recorded for review and duplicate prevention.

Completing LINE signup with your phone number provides one ฿500 welcome coupon per account, for one use with the Maylaya team. No minimum spend or expiry. The discount is capped at the order value, has no cash value, and unused value is not carried forward. Codes are not connected to the website checkout.

Every ฿20,000 of cumulative purchases after discounts earns 100 points, counting completed, fully paid orders linked to your account. Smaller purchases accumulate. Exchange 100 points for a ฿1,000 coupon for a new order created after exchange, with at least ฿19,000 after other discounts and before this coupon. Single use, no expiry, no cash exchange or cash change. Order corrections or cancellations recalculate earned points.

Records are stored in this CRM through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Necessary sign-in cookies, hashed session references and temporary authentication records keep your account signed in securely. You can edit your profile, remove dates or withdraw either message preference in your account. Contact Maylaya Gems through LINE OA to request account deletion or ask about your records.
